We collect 50% upon booking, and the remaining 50% is collected once your team's professional headshot sessions are complete.
How does payment work?
We currently offer white, black, gray, and beige. We offer custom color options at an additional price. Learn more about choosing a background color for your professional headshots here.

What are next steps?
Currently we only offer headshots in our professional headshots studio.
Do you come to our office? Do you do outdoor headshots?
Don't worry, no experience is needed. Most of our clients are new to taking professional headshots, and our headshot photographer will ensure your team members feel comfortable and will guide you through everything they need to know.
What if our team members have never taken headshots before?
This will depend on your industry. We recommend having a similar style across your team. For example, decide if you'd like the whole team to dress formally versus business casual. Check out our guide on how to dress for your professional headshots for more details.
What should our team wear for their professional headshots?
Once your last team member's headshot photography session is complete, we'll have your team's headshots to you within two business days.
How long does it take to receive our headshots?
No, your team members can come take headshots individually at times that suit their schedule and ours, but we do offer a 15% discount if all team members can arrive on the same day in back-to-back time slots.
Do all of our team members need to be available at the same day and time?
We currently don't take team photos, but we do offer team photo compositing. This involves taking individual headshots of each of your team members and digitally combining them into one team photo. This allows you/us to add or remove team members from the photo in the future. It also gives your team members the flexibility to come to our studio at different days and times that work for their schedule.
